Good Positive: Location and facilities were great Negative: I wasn’t given full check in instructions (with pictures) until I arrived and waited outside for 30mins or so. I had no contact number for anyone and had to use booking so was quite distressed at that point

Stressfully due to not being child friendly and lack of communication and simply instructions to enter the property and Positive: Nothing Negative: Nothin the property was unclean on arrival and the bed s wear like lumpy sacks an the heating was uncontrollably an was not kid friendly an had to spend 1 hour tryin to get access to the apartment as the location of the lock boxes was badly explained an was almost impossible to locate due to a parked car covering them
