Please explain why I was given keys to a 2 bed apartment, when I paid for a 3-bed apartment Positive: I was given wrong key codes which I tried for almost 2 hours before contacting Booking.com who gave me a different code. I paid for a 3-bed (Separate rooms) apartment and was given keys to a 2-bed apartment. I'll be seeking for a partial refund from booking.com on the amount I paid as I wasn't given what I paid for. Negative: The key code was wrong, heating was off throughout our stay and the apartment was a 2 bed apartment instead of a 3 bed apartment (3 separate rooms). Waited almost 2 hours to get the correct key code after repeatedly trying the initial key code. The neighbours could have called the police on us. Very Bad from Booking.com
